Greek Dressing

Opa!  Time to celebrate!  Your search for the best Greek salad dressing is finally over.  You’re welcome.

The Stuff You Need:

1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground Pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry Dill – or – 1 & 1/2 teaspoons fresh Dill, chopped fine

1/2 teaspoon dry Thyme – or – 1 & 1/2 teaspoons fresh Thyme, chopped fine

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder – or – 1 clove fresh Garlic, chopped

1/3 Cup extra virgin Olive Oil (Try My Blue Kitchen Lemon flavored oil for an extra boost of flavor)

 

 

Here's How It's Done:

  1. Chop fresh herbs, if using, and combine all ingredients except the oil in a bowl.
  2. Whisk in the oil.
  3. Store in airtight container.  Keeps about 1 week.
