Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
You can buy gluten free bread crumbs, but you don’t have to. You can make your own at a fraction of the cost. I do buy gluten free bread for sandwiches and toast because I don’t have loads of time to bake breads. Instead of eating the end slices, I stick those in a small paper bag and clip it shut. It only takes a couple days, maybe not even that long, for the bread to dry out. When you have accumulated enough, grind the dried bread into crumbs. Store in an airtight container and use as you would regular bread crumbs. Yup. It’s that easy.
