Dry Rub
Yeah, Baby! It’s grilling time, so whip up a batch of this flavorful dry rub. Perfect on steak, pork or chicken.
The Stuff You Need:
Makes enough for about 1 pound of meat.
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Paprika (regular or smoked)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground Pepper
How To Do This:
- Measure all ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk or stir to combine.
- Rinse your meat and pat dry with paper towel.
- Rub the meat with the spice mixture until well coated, then let the meat rest on a plate until cooking time. The longer it sits, the better the flavor.
